Meet the San Francisco Team Behind Lodgewick ADU San Francisco
Our San Francisco crew is made up of people who’ve spent years working on the city’s steep lots, tight setbacks, and older housing stock. We know what a Sunset District garage looks like from the inside, what it takes to get materials up a narrow Noe Valley street, and how a Richmond District fog belt affects drying times. The team below is who you’ll actually see on your job site, not a rotating cast of subcontractors. Every one of them carries the same written guarantee in their clipboard: the 365-Day Done Right Promise, signed before any work begins. That’s the Kingswell Way, and it’s how we’ve operated since 2010.
Our People

Marcus T. – Lead Technician
Marcus has been building accessory dwelling units in San Francisco for over a decade, and before that he spent six years doing seismic retrofits on single-family homes across the Bay Area. He’s the person who walks your property first, checks the foundation, measures the grade, and tells you honestly whether your garage is a good conversion candidate or a tear-down in disguise. Marcus is certified in California residential building codes and has completed factory training through Abodu and Cover, so when a prefab unit arrives on a truck, he already knows where every connection point lands. He keeps a small red notebook in his back pocket with lot dimensions and sun angles sketched in pencil. Ask him about your project and he’ll likely sketch something for you before he leaves the driveway.
Elena R. – Senior Installer
Elena came to Lodgewick ADU San Francisco from a high-end cabinetry and millwork shop in the Mission, which is why the finish details on her projects tend to look a cut above what you’d expect from an ADU. She specializes in garage conversions and has led over forty of them in the past six years, including several in Bernal Heights and the Excelsior where the existing slab needed leveling before framing could start. Elena is background-checked and uniformed on every job, and she’s the one who walks you through the interior at final walkthrough, pointing out where the James Hardie siding meets the flashing and how the insulation was installed. She’s also fluent in Spanish, which helps a lot on crews where half the trades are bilingual. Her standard is simple: when she leaves a job site, the floor is swept and the work area is cleaner than she found it. That’s not optional.
Priya S. – Service Coordinator
Priya is the voice on the phone when you call (707) 760-0502. She’s been with the Kingswell family since 2016 and has handled project scheduling for more than two hundred ADU and addition projects across the Bay Area. Her job is to make sure you always reach a live person, not a voicemail loop, and that every question about your build gets answered the same day you ask it. Priya knows the permit flow at the San Francisco Department of Building Inspection well enough to tell you what to expect at each stage, including how long plan review is currently taking for a JADU versus a full ADU. She also handles the written pricing and guarantee paperwork, so before any work starts you’ll have a line-item price and a signed 365-Day Done Right Promise in hand. When she’s not on the phone, she’s chasing down inspectors with the persistence of someone who grew up in a household of four sisters and learned how to get things done.
Danny W. – Apprentice
Danny is the youngest member of the crew and the one you’ll see doing the unglamorous work that keeps a job site safe and organized: setting up dust barriers, checking that fall protection is in place, running material, and keeping the site swept at the end of each day. He’s been with us for two years and is working toward his general contractor’s license, with hours logged across three garage conversions and two full ADU builds in San Francisco. Danny grew up in the Outer Sunset and spent summers helping his uncle, a retired finish carpenter, on small remodels around Pacifica. He asks a lot of questions, which is exactly what we want from an apprentice. If he’s on your job, don’t be surprised if he’s the first one there in the morning and the last one to leave.
One Standard, Every Job
Every crew member at Lodgewick ADU San Francisco operates under the same written commitments, on every project, no exceptions. The Kingswell Way means we say the price before the work. We show up in the window we gave you. We leave the place cleaner than we found it. We put the guarantee in writing, and we come back if anything fails within 365 days. That applies whether we’re building a prefab unit from Abodu or Dvele, converting a Glen Park garage, or adding a room over an existing foundation. Each Lodgewick location is independently owned and operated, and this San Francisco crew is ours. We’re the ones on your street, we’re the ones pulling the permits, and we’re the ones answering the phone when you call. If something isn’t right, you know exactly who to call, and you know we’ll make it right.
